The altaros regulators are the easiest regulators to install! Just degass gun, remove fill cap and slide the regulator down the tube with included threaded rod. To adjust you just use the same rod to pull the regulator back up to the front of the tube and use a flat head screwdriver to make adjustments between 100 and 150bar. 150 bar is on the left counterclockwise and 100 bar on the right and turn clockwise.
