This is a modular moderator that can be lengthened or shortened. The new M60 and M60B rifles now have the 1/2×20 threads because Snowpeak changed the design to 1/2×20 instead of M16x1.5. I have shroud caps with 1/2×20 available if you bought one of the earlier models with metric threads.
Choose the factory size or add one or two sections to make it extra quiet.(factory size has 3 sections already)
The 30 and 357 cal still have the metric thread because need a bigger pellet hole..
