Choose from aluminum or plastic back. These are identical in shape and function but made of different materials. The plastic ones have a brass nut in the back to receive the screw on the front plate.
Nice that the .22 holds 7 rounds. Bad that it breaks so easy! The retention spring broke on the orginial one I got with the rifle. The one that I ordered for a spare seems stronger!
The original broke very easy! The replacement seems better and has not broke.
